On January 20th 2009, The united states and the entire world had just experienced history in the doing. It was the time where the entire world was in awe as the impossible had just took place. Who recognized that Barack Hussein Obama would be the first (if not ever) african american president to run The united states, the superpower of the world. For most people, there was a time to rejoice as they had just witnessed history. For others however, fear and despair had struck the minds.
It has already been over a year now since that momentous day but the true question lies, has Barack Obama fulfilled his duty as president and promised America that transform? It has already been a roller coaster trip for Barack Obama as the nation is divided 50/50 about whether or not Obama has what it takes to become chief executive for a second term. I for one believe that Barack Obama is a gracious and noble man and I also think that he will help US residents through tough times. I’m sure that there are a lot of men and women out there who might totally don’t agree with my declaration and I fully acknowledge that but, I also think that his motives are morally just.

Currently, less than a month away from us select the next President of the United States, polls show that Barack Obama has a slight advantage over John McCain.
As a man, if you happen to be a supporter of Democratic presidential candidate and are interested in meeting and possibly connect with some great women then I have a very big news for you.
Go Obama-Biden events and political rallies is a great place to meet women with whom they share a common goal with respect to whom to choose as the next president.

No other country can offer what is most needed at this time in Haiti except the U.S.: the helicopters.
Helicopters go where no roads and the terrain is difficult to maneuver. However, the 19 helicopters, new arrivals are not enough. Haiti needs 100 more helicopters to save lives in these critical hours away.
The U.S. military, government and the private sector have a lot of helicopters. Can Americans demand that our politicians and business leaders to send their helicopters to Haiti as soon as possible?
There is hardly functioning roads in Haiti now. There is literally administration. But injuries are wandering around the country.
Their lives can be saved if you can quickly access help medical and surgical care. But I have not begun to die of life-threatening injuries.
When on 8 October 2005 Earthquake in Kashmir, Pakistan, took me to a small team of volunteers to complete one specific task: to convince our government to send more U.S. helicopters for air transport support to victims in the disaster area inaccessible.
It was then a young first time, the Illinois senator, Barack Obama, who played a key role in getting more helicopters to Pakistan to save lives.
The helicopters were the miracle workers in Kashmir when the roads and the terrain does not allow aid reach different areas.
As I see the photos from Haiti every morning, I sit down to mourn in impotence and regretting the fact that our governments have not learned, despite years of providing disaster relief around the world, how to save more lives quickly and efficiently.
The problem of relief supplies to Haiti is exactly similar to that of Kashmir. It is one of logistics.
All affected areas can be divided into 100 zones. Each zone can be assigned to a helicopter and a surgical team and medical staff to provide supplies from neighboring countries. They can also carry the wounded to hospitals in their the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Cuba and Puerto Rico.
Once the injured are being treated, these same machines will be needed to carry supplies to the same points of sea freight, which will begin arriving there in a week. This is what Haiti needs before they can get heavy machinery to clear roads and rebuild them.
In the case of Kashmir, Pakistan, too many lives were lost in the first week of criticism that not enough helicopters available.
It took several days after the earthquake in Kashmir, Pakistan in 2005 for the government to appear.
It was almost a week before any help arrived in Aceh Indonesia after the 2004 tsunami.
Do not waste time and lose more lives in this year's first and most devastating disaster. We will encourage our government urgently to help our neighbors in Haiti, with efficiency and effectiveness.
